Cancellation Policy
Your studio treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the studio's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice, or clients who miss their appointments without giving a prior notification are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of your scheduled service.
